If you are like us, we’re constantly looking for the latest and greatest apps to keep us up-to-date on all things about beauty and health. We hope you like the following suggestions!

SEPHORA.COM/MOBILE: When you are at Sephora, you can scan a product’s bar code and user reviews pop up! We especially like the ‘new product section’ on the app.

POPSUGAR.COM/BEAUTY is a favorite must read. We love their fantastic beauty tips including their tips for the unusual beauty dilemmas.

BIRCHBOX.COM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE: They pioneered the beauty subscription concept and is still one of the best. The service includes ‘prestige’ brands and ‘indie’ brands plus the occasional full-size product. A good reason to look forward to your mail being delivered.

URBAN DECAY.COM: Still number #1 among magazine reader’s polls as the best to follow for the absolute latest in beauty trends, makeup tips and contests.

THE SARTORIALIST.COM: The iPhone app of the famous website downloads well-dressed people from all over the world for you to flip through for fashion inspiration. You can save the pics to camera roll or share on Facebook.

SHOPWELL (http://www.shopwell.com/mobileapp): Take the mystery out of staring at nutrition labels. SHOPWELL users create personal profiles with their age, gender, health goals, things they find important to their diet, things they want to avoid, and things they’re allergic to. Then head to the nearest grocery aisle and start scanning barcodes. The app will give each item a score—avoid foods with low scores and scoop up the ones closest to a perfect 100.
