How long have you been with JC?
What is the most rewarding part about working at JC?
There is so much to choose from! First and foremost, seeing a student graduate. The person that walks out of our doors as a graduate is never the same person that first entered our doors. Whether it is the confidence radiating from them, a parent privately coming to you to thank you as their child was bullied, or a graduate working with the agency booking their first job, they are all rewarding. I’ve often been choked up with pride over what we do.
What is one thing you would say to somebody that is interested in joining JC?
Keep your eye on the ball! Nothing is instant gratification and you will get out what you put in. Anything worth doing takes work!
When you are not scouting talent, what do you enjoy doing?
I enjoy working out, seeing live music, and playing poker.
What is your favorite food and why?
Sushi! In fact, my dog’s name is Wasabi!
