Pony tails are no longer for bad hair days! In fact, they are considered one of the hottest hair styles for 2010….just look at the models and celebrities! If you want a stylish and chic pony tail, follow the 3 easy steps below:

STEP 1: CURL

If you have straight or wavy hair, hold your curling iron vertically, curl small sections at a time. For curly hair, always apply an anti frizz product, then use a curling iron for touch-ups, if needed.

STEP 2: VOLUMIZE

Take small pieces at the top of your head and tease toward the roots to create height, spraying each section with hairspray so they don't fall. When you have achieved the desired volume, gently comb back the top layer to smooth over any knots.

STEP 3: STYLE

Gather all of your hair into a low side pony, positioning it just behind your ear. Secure with a clear elastic band. You can use flowers, ribbons or jewelry to dress up the pony tail band. Pull a few wispy pieces out to frame your face.
